Grameenphone Academy offers a wide range of content across several key areas including Career Readiness, Entrepreneurship, Digital Skills, Freelancing Skills, Advanced Tech Courses, and Cisco Series.


3. How can I change my name on certificates?
Please email us at gpacademy@grameenphone.com with your correct name, registered email address, Academy ID and details of the course. We’ll verify and issue an updated certificate if eligible.


4. How to Sign Up for Grameenphone Academy?
Visit https://grameenphone.academy/home/sign_up, fill in your details, and submit. A verification code will be sent to your email. Use that code to activate your account.


5. How to Enroll in a course from Grameenphone Academy?
After logging in, browse the available courses on the homepage or “Courses” tab. Click on your desired course and press the Enroll button.


7. For how long can I access the courses?
Once enrolled, you can access the course content anytime without an expiry, unless the course is discontinued or migrated. For instance, Cisco courses stays accessible till 1 year.


8. What to do when I face a particular issue?
For technical or content-related issues, email gpacademy@grameenphone.com with your full name, registered email, Academy ID and a description or screenshot of the problem.


9. What is the cost to enroll in the courses?
All courses on Grameenphone Academy are currently free of charge

Anyone with internet access can register and take the courses. It’s open to all interested learners.

Yes! After successfully completing a course and its quizzes, you’ll receive a Certificate from Grameenphone Academy.


14. Where can I find my certificates?
Once earned, your certificates will be available in your profile under the “Certificates” tab. You can download or share them anytime. The name on the certificate will be the same as registered.


15. Is there any way to preview contents of a course?
Yes. You can view the course syllabus, modules, and introductory content before enrolling by clicking on the course card.


16. Do I have to start the course within a specific time?
No. Once you enroll, you can start and finish the course whenever it suits you except for the ones with expiry time.


17. Are there any entry requirements for the courses?
Courses have no prerequisites. 


18. How do I find a course?
Use the search bar or browse through the homepage and “Courses” tab to find courses by category or title.


19. What languages are used in the courses?
Most courses are available in Bangla or English, depending on the course type and content provider.


20. Where can I get my Academy ID?
Your Academy ID is auto-generated during registration and can be found in your profile dashboard once you’re logged in.


21. How to report an issue?
For problems like not receiving the verification code, reset password email or any other issue, email gpacademy@grameenphone.com with your full name, Academy ID and registered email. We will respond promptly.


22. What to do if I forget my password?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
